Here we have a BMW 320d booked in for diagnostics and Engine Carbon Clean.
The owner has it booked in for a service in a week so wanted a heads up on any issues in advance and get it cleaned up in advance of the oil change.
📊 Diagnostics showed some historic codes for the glow plug system and along with other old codes and once documented and cleared the glowplug codes returned. Given that this is a key component in a successful DPF regeneration then the owner can give the garage a heads up ready for the service.
