Live Data Diagnostic Consultation
Ideal for warning lights, DPF issues, limp mode issues and identifying any underlying faults with no lights.
Typically the diagnostic also includes other areas of the vehicle such as air conditioning, brakes, etc.
A diagnostic consultation includes:
– Initial code check, documented and emailed to you where relevant, then clearing the codes.
– Rescan and monitor the reappearance of codes / faults and documenting when and how they reoccur.
– Live data monitoring all available engine data including EGR movement/flow, DPF data, injector data, etc. This allows us to diagnose and identify issues where an engine code may not be logged, e.g. faulty thermostat or failing (but not yet failed) sensor.

Engine Carbon Clean (inc. Diagnostics)
An IMI Certified and Which? Trusted Traders approved Engine Carbon Clean for combustion engines of any age and mileage.
Diagnose running issues and restore power, performance, fuel economy and emissions.
Suitable for all fossil fuel combustion engines whether petrol, diesel, LPG, hybrid or any other hydrocarbon such as methane, etc.
INCLUDES the full diagnostic consultation as detailed above (where applicable).
£109 for one vehicle
£100 each for two vehicles at the same time and place
£90 each for three or more vehicles at the same time and place
DPF Investigation and Clean
1) Diagnose the issue, identify any underlying cause of a failure to regenerate.
2) perform an advanced DPF clean (if required). This is a LAST RESORT option.
Most DPF issues we see DON'T require a DPF Clean - the vast majority require the underlying cause of the issue (sensor, thermostat, glow plug, component) diagnosing, replacing and then natural regeneration will reoccur.
N.B. Please note that 'forced' regenerations are typically not a solution to DPF issues, hence we do not perform them. Far better to diagonse and fix the underlying issue.
❗ Not all vehicles are suitable for working on at the roadside depending upon the layout of the DPF pipework. Arrangements may need to be made to perform the service at a garage of your choice.
