đ Here we have a Nissan Navara 2.5dci (2010 – 76,164 miles)
âšī¸ The owner has recently purchased it and with the age and mileage and being unsure of the history wanted to get it checked out and cleaned up ready for the road ahead.
đ Initial inspection found little of note in the engine bay. The engine had a tell tale bass note present indicating the level of buildup present.
đģ Initial code check found a lot of code history over many years which we documented for the owner, cleared down and then monitored what reappeared. The key historical code was turbo boost sensor/circuit so we advised the owner to be vigilant that at some point he may encounter a limp mode issue if it happens again and to get it checked out if so.
đ Live data monitoring showed coolant temperatures at the right level and with all other data looking good then on with the clean.
đ¨âđ§ The bass note soon dissipated and the response returned and by the end it was quiet, smooth and responsive again.
