🚗 Here we have a BMW 650i (2005 – 107,226 miles) booked in for diagnostic consultation and Engine Carbon Clean after it had FAILED MOT on emissions.
🔎 Initial inspection found no major issues in the engine bay with no rattles or leaks.
💻 Initial diagnostics showed no errors in the engine section, with just a couple of other bits and pieces in other sections of the car.
📊 Live data monitoring showed the engine coolant maxing out at 98°C and all other data within limits. Lambda values all looked acceptable whilst we were with it.
👨🔧 On with the clean and the engine soon smoothed out and quietened down and by the end it was quieter, smooth and responsive again.
