Here we have a Ford Mondeo booked in for diagnostics and Engine Carbon Clean.
Having been owned by the current owner for a couple of years he contacted us as it has a long running issue with a turbo actuator and also noisier and more sluggish than it should be.
📊 Diagnostics confirmed the actuator issue and with the coil light flashing we got the car prepared and then got the owner to drive it briefly to clear the issue.
⚙️ On with the clean and slowly and steadily the engine vibration and associated rumble subsided and the turbo became clearer and more urgent.
Once complete the owner took it out for a spin whilst we followed him.
