🔎📊 Initial inspection found no engine bay issues and initial diagnostics showed little in terms of code history, but what was present was documented for the owner, cleared down and monitored for any reoccurrence. Injector fuelling looked very good indeed with a low variance and it was obvious the car had been looked after and run on good fuel as it was was relatively smooth.
👨🔧 On with the clean and the bass note present in the engine soon subsided and by the end was quiet, smooth and responsive again.
🗣️ ‘More responsive throttle at low revs. How it used to be in sports mode and slowly lost it. Like you said, not loads more power but it now picks up quicker so there is a noticeable difference. Was also nice to see the diagnostics and know that the car is healthy.’
