Here we have a Rover 45 (2000 – 153,035 miles) booked in after a history of short journeys and low mileage driving doing approx 1,000 miles per year recently.
❗Safety First – upon our initial visit there was a leak so we asked the owner to get that rectified and we are now back today for the clean.
Upon arrival it was clear that there was a lot of carbon present due to the excessive bass noise coming from the engine.
⚙️ On with the clean and we ran this one for an hour until it was smooth and quiet again and very crisp sounding. The throttle was much lighter underfoot and the engine breathing much better by the finish.
