Reason for booking in…
‘It’s my track car and want you to get it back to its best with your service just before I do the oil change.’

Initial inspection found no obvious issues in the engine bay with no excessive rattles and shakes, but a purr/vibration from the carbon present and associated boom from the back.

Initial code read found 68 codes present throughout the vehicle, but given the level of customisation it was expected.

Live data showed all temperature and sensor values showing acceptable figures.

‍On with the clean and it soon smoothed out, quietened down a lot and by the end it was quiet, smooth and responsive again with the exhaust boom replaced with a lovely raspy burble.

I had issues with my DPF on my 4.4 Range Rover so hot in touch with F5 and Leon came out to me to carry out a DPF clean. Not only did he tell me exactly what he was going to do but carried out a full diagnostic on my car just to see if there was any underlying issues other than dpf. He gave a really good explanation of the process as he checked all the boost pipes and inter coolers for leaks He couldn’t have been anymore friendly than he was and certainly knew his stuff. Dpf all unblocked and engine is back to normal. Couldn’t recommend F5 enough.

Just had my car done by F5ECC. Adrian talked me though how the process works. This is the second Merc I have had done by him in 2020. C250cdi and now a C350e sport. Noticed straight away more mpg. The car felt a lot smoother on acceleration. I was quite shocked at how much quicker and responsive the car was when I put it in sport+. I highly recomend having this done.
