Initial inspection of the engine bay found no major issues.
Initial diagnostics found an active code for the Coolant Temperature Sensor – open/short circuit. Other than that the vehicle was clear.
Live data confirmed the coolant temperature was fluctuating between 48 and 88°C (in a separate video). New coolant temperature sensor required on this one.
On with the clean and it soon smoothed out and quietened down.
