Just bought a vehicle? Get a diagnostic consultation and Engine Carbon Clean before any warranty runs out or you put too many miles on it.

Here we have a recently acquired Audi A3 (2005 – 163,545 miles) booked in for diagnostics and Engine Carbon Clean.

Initial health check found nothing significant. Initial diagnostic check found all 4 glowplug circuit codes present and active which suggests the glow plug controller is at fault. Given the age we recommended the controller and the plugs all changed. Live data showed everything appeared to be running fine.

⚙️ On with the clean and now quieter, smooth and responsive again.

I had issues with my DPF on my 4.4 Range Rover so hot in touch with F5 and Leon came out to me to carry out a DPF clean. Not only did he tell me exactly what he was going to do but carried out a full diagnostic on my car just to see if there was any underlying issues other than dpf. He gave a really good explanation of the process as he checked all the boost pipes and inter coolers for leaks He couldn’t have been anymore friendly than he was and certainly knew his stuff. Dpf all unblocked and engine is back to normal. Couldn’t recommend F5 enough.

After going to merc tech in hull wgere they outright lied to me and attempted to charge me for work they never did. I found f5 by chance pulled out all the stops to get me up and running again. Steve was the best. He explained the full procedure and worked professionally THANKYOU.

Just had my car done by F5ECC. Adrian talked me though how the process works. This is the second Merc I have had done by him in 2020. C250cdi and now a C350e sport. Noticed straight away more mpg. The car felt a lot smoother on acceleration. I was quite shocked at how much quicker and responsive the car was when I put it in sport+. I highly recomend having this done. Adrian came out and did a carbon clean on my Mercedes CLA45. If you've purchased a used car that's done a good amount of miles then I would highly recommend getting this done. It made all the difference to mine. Throttle response is better the car feels better as it climbs through the gears.
