MOT due or failed on emissions?

Our diagnostic consultation and Engine Carbon Clean booking is an ideal first step in attempting to pass as an MOT failure on emissions as normally it will be down to either

a) a mechanical/electrical issue such as a failed or malfunctioning component/sensor (which we can identify with our diagnostic consultation), boost leak or injector leak, lazy thermostat, etc., failing cat

and/or

b) a dirty combustion chamber from carbon buildup causing over fuelling (lowering MPG and increased emissions) which we can clean up with an Engine Carbon Clean.
