Highly recommended, had a carbon clean on my Audi , it was well overdue due to one thing or another , they explained everything to me while it was plugged in which was very interesting , after the clean was done , all I can say is , wow , what a difference its made , pick ups quicker , drives smoother and fuel consumption is better too , I would highly recommend these people 100%

Brilliant brilliant service, the transparency is was made everything simply lovely, I got to better understand my car for the very first time and we talked through the diagnostic report together, non of this car goes to the back and you get piled on with quotes without a clear view of your own diagnostics! Adrian offered a simple and efficient service, from initial contact to completion of the job.

I was booked in quickly and had clear instructions ahead of Adrian’s arrival. He kept me up to date with his ETA on the day.

Cannot praise Adrian enough for his services and support. I had an engine fault light come on the car suggesting a dpf error. I contacted Adrian for a dpf clean and he was very honest to say he didn't think I needed one. I booked in to have an engine clean and diagnostic and replaced the dpf sensor myself. The communication from Adrian prior to the visit was excellent, checking all was OK and advising on arrival time. On the day Adrian turned up on time and carried out the engine clean sending me the diagnostic reports. Afterwards the car def runs smoother, over the last 1200 miles I have had another 3mpg which doesn't sound like a lot but bear in mind it's an old merc that's done 106k so going from 44 to 47mpg and 33k miles a year saves me 48 gallons or 217 litres of fuel which means the engine clean has paid for itself in fuel usage alone after 4 months driving and I expect the engine components to last longer. Def something I will have done every year and would strongly recommend to have done. Apart from the clean the support and advice from Adrian was excellent and would def recommend him and his company to others. Thanks again Adrian ????

Excellent service from Adrian at F5EEC. My Mazda CX-5 had ‘fluttering’ symptoms and some power loss over the last couple of months. Adrian arrived promptly and discussed the process in detail.very polite and knowledgeable.
