Here we have a Volvo S60 D5 (2006 – 152,492 miles) booked in for diagnostics and Engine Carbon Clean.
After doing a manual clean on the EGR/inlet pipe the owner called us in to clean up the turbo, combustion chamber and cats.
📊 Diagnostics showed some historic codes which we documented, mailed through to the owner and cleared down and then live data showed all was operational.
⚙️ Quite noisy on arrival, yet after 15 minutes had settled down and by the end was idling quietly and smooth and responsive again on the throttle.

📣 ‘Can’t believe how quiet it is! No buzz/vibration through the gear stick or wheel. Definitely more responsive too. Motorway driving is a new experience though. It gathers pace at a scary rate compared to before. Didn’t quite realise how quick I was going, but now, it’s so serene in the cabin you just don’t realise! 🤣👏🏼’
