⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ‘Having used Adrian before on other cars I have owned I asked him to clean my Audi A6 on nearly 200k miles he’s always knowledgeable and explains if the cars need anything. The car is now more responsive and also no longer puffs out lots of black smoke on acceleration he noted an engine mount could be faulty and he was correct I investigated and one was perished so I would always recommend using this service and I will continue to on future cars I own great service as always.’

Repeat motor trade customer. Just purchased and wanted it diagnosed and cleaned up. Already aware that it was running cold so thermostat was already on order.
🔎 Initial inspection found no major issues in the engine bay, but a large amount of bass noise from the carbon buildup present, plus a very faint wobble when sitting in the driver seat.

❗ There was a slight overfuel on injector 4 and given the wobble we detected when sitting in the driver seat this suggested an engine mount issue on that side of the engine.
🧑🔧 On with the clean and It soon smoothed out, quietened down and by the end it was quiet, smooth and responsive again.
❗ The owner can now get the thermostat replaced and investigate the engine mount.
