â The X-Trail had an issue with the cruise control working – this symptom can also be down to the DPF not regenerating properly and sure enough the DPF codes were present and not regenerating properly. Given the DPF problems with these vehicles we referred to a garage.
đ The Renault had not had a code clear performed for approx 60k miles according to the live data so we documented and cleared the codes for the owner and just the one returned during the booking for one of the DRLs.
âī¸ On with the clean and live data looked good with a healthy DPF – the tell tale bass note to the engine soon subsided and now much quieter, smooth and responsive again.
