🔎 Live data showed all values looking good for exhaust temps, DPF regeneration, EGR movement, etc. all looking fine, BUT was running cooler than it should.
🗣️ The owner said that he had noticed it taking a while to warm up which confirmed the temperature issue.
❗ After 13 years and 145k miles a new thermostat required.
🧑🔧 On with the clean and it soon smoothed out, quietened down and by the end it was quiet, smooth and responsive again.
