‘I got a BMW 435D xdrive from 2014. It got 89000 on clock. No problems at all. I just bought it last month and i would like to leave it spot on..'
Initial inspection found no obvious issues in the engine bay with no rattles, shakes and sounding fairly sweet – well looked after.
Initial code read found…
An old code for fuel pressure and temperature sensor, plus some other old codes, but the only active code was for the A/C auto recirculation control sensor (common fault on BMWs).
Live data showed values for coolant, exhaust temps, DPF regeneration, EGR movement, etc. all looking fine.
On with the clean and It soon smoothed out, quietened down and by the end it was quiet, smooth and responsive again.
