🚗 A lovely Saab 99 Turbo EMS (1978 – 96,858 miles) booked in for some TLC with our Which? Trusted Traders approved Engine Carbon Clean.
ℹ️ With 42 years of buildup present this was in need of our services and the owner having bought this just over a year ago is in the process of restoring it back to its best.
On arrival we observed it was rumbly and boomy and with a higher idle than normal. The owner had also reported it was down on compression also and generally sluggish.
🔎 After our usual pre-checks we proceeded with the clean slowly and gently and with one careful eye on temperatures.
👨🔧 An hour later and it was quiet, smooth and responsive again with a lower smooth idle and a lovely burble back again and a very pleased owner after his test drive.
