🚗 Here we have a pair of Mercedes in for diagnostics consultation and Engine Carbon Clean taking advantage of the multi-vehicle discounts.
1️⃣ Mercedes Vito (2015 – 46,341 miles)

ℹ️ Both were driving OK. The Vito was in for regular preventative maintenance whilst the C220 had an engine management light (EML) coming on and was due a service.
📊 Diagnostic consultation confirmed the A/C unit in the Vito had no signal and looks like it needs replacing. The diagnostic consultation on the C220 confirmed two engine related codes present. An active code for the fuel temperature sensor (not the cause of the EML) and an intermittent code for the EGR actuator (cause of the EML).
👨🔧 After discussing with the owner we proceeded with the clean on both vehicles and the owner has alerted the garage to look at the issues found with the C220 when it goes in for the service shortly.
