🚗 Here we have a modified VW Transporter 2.0 TDI (2013 – 62,386 miles) booked in for diagnostics and Engine Carbon Clean.
The owner loves his vehicles and after talking to a friend booked in with us to get it smooth, quiet, responsive and economical again. No real running issues, just peace of mind.
📊 Initial diagnostics showed very little of note. With DPF backpressures nice and low, regeneration 307km ago and all other sensors working fine then it was good to go.
👨🔧 On with the clean and the engine note quietened down and lost the purr (which was just down to vibration from the buildup). Along with it went the boom from the exhaust and by the end was much quieter, smooth and responsive again after some TLC.
