Here we have a Renault Megane 1.5 dci (2014 – 28,839 miles) booked in for our Which? Trusted Traders approved diagnostics and Engine Carbon Clean after lots of short journeys over the last few years and with a long journey coming up the owner wanted to get it running at its best.
📊 Diagnostics identified a potential issue with the glowplug controller, plus the rear left door speaker wasn’t working. The temperature gauge on the dashboard also showed it running cold and the live data showed it running at 169°F so potentially a replacement thermostat required.
Thankfully the owner still has some warranty left 👍
⚙️ On with the clean and the bass note from the engine soon subsided and the response crispened up.
