MOT due or failed?
A diagnostic consultation and Engine Carbon Clean is an ideal first step in attempting to pass an MOT on emissions.
Emissions issues will usually be down to either
a) a mechanical/electrical issue such as a failed or malfunctioning component/sensor (which we can identify with our diagnostic consultation), boost leak or injector leak, lazy thermostat, failing cat, oxygen or lambda sensor, etc., and/or
b) a dirty combustion chamber or injector tips from carbon build-up causing over fuelling (lowering MPG and increased emissions) which we can clean up with an Engine Carbon Clean.
